RETURNS/EXCHANGE

We have no hassle return policy. We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied. We refund the purchase amount of the item received in unworn condition.

We must receive the item back in an unworn condition with its original packaging material within 30 days of the purchase.

(We have extended the term for return and exchange for Holiday season. Shoes purchased in November and December 2011 can be sent back to us for refund or exchange in January 2012)

HOW TO RETURN:

Complete the included Return/Exchange form, state the reason for the return or if the item is returned for an exchange please provide the item number and size you need. The Return/Exchange form and invoice must be included in your return package in order to receive the proper credit. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

CHOOSE YOUR RETURN OPTION:

OPTION 1. RETURN VIA UPS (Using the provided Return Label)

• Use the provided UPS label. Affix the label to the outside of the package. Notate the return tracking number for your record. The tracking number will allow you to track your package.

• Drop off the package at any UPS location. Click here to locate the Ups store or you can also give the package to any Ups driver.

• A shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your credit or refund.

• UPS AUTHORIZED RETURN SERVICE is only available to our customers in the continental U.S.

OPTION 2. RETURN ON YOUR OWN

• Ship your package back by USPS or any carrier of your choice. Notate the tracking number to track the package.

Packaging your return.

Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging cannot be used, please use quality carton. We will not be able to process any return sent to us without the original shoe box.

Please do not TAPE UP the shoe box to return. Returns received unwrapped or taped up shoe boxes, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on total price.
