We have no hassle return policy. We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied.
Please follow the below guidelines to guarantee a refund or exchange. We may refuse or return the package if the items do not confirm to the below guidelines (the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer).
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the package is received. Please note original shipping charges are not refundable.
OPTION 2. RETURN ON YOUR OWN
- Click on the link below to print the UPS label. Affix the label to the outside of the package. Notate the return tracking number for your record. The tracking number will allow you to track your package.
- Drop off the package at any UPS location. Click here to locate the Ups store or you can also give the package to any Ups driver.
- A shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your credit or refund.
- UPS AUTHORIZED RETURN SERVICE is only available to our customers in the continental U.S.
- Ship your package back by USPS or any carrier of your choice. Notate the tracking number to track the package.

Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
If the item is returned for an exchange, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the exchange to be processed. Please note that the exchanges are processed based on the availability. Please indicate on the return/exchange form your 2nd or 3rd choice if the requested item is not available. We will contact you if for any reason the requested items are not available.
Your exchange will be processed and shipped back to you at no additional cost. Please note that only one Free Exchange is allowed per order (The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us). Should you decide to send the item back again for an exchange, we will be glad to process it but a restocking fee of $7.95 per item will be applied to that transaction.
INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ITEM:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please keep the original shoe box and packaging material. We will send a replacement, if available, upon receiving the damaged item in an unworn condition and original shoe box.
Please note we my refuse to accept the damaged item if it is sent to us without prior approval. ShoeOcean is not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item such as wear and tear, stretching and fading, etc. Any item returned with signs of wear and tear will be refused.
No Restocking Fee will be charged for the return of a damaged item.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES / INCORRECT ADDRESS OR REROUTING THE PACKAGE:
Please note we ship the item to the address provided to us by the customer. Package returned to us undelivered (receiver not available at multiple attempts, incorrect/insufficient address information, refused delivery or order canceled after the shipment) will be subject to $12.00 restocking fee.
If the package is to be rerouted due to the incorrect/insufficient address or if the customer decides to change the shipping address after the order is shipped, such requests will be processed at a rerouting fee of $12.00.
